PerformanceLinx came from years of doing this work inside large businesses. The aim was simple: take the experience we had built up and use it to help a wider range of leadership teams improve performance.
I spent 25 years with ABF, including board roles in the Sugar and Ingredients divisions and senior roles across Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Agriculture and Business Development. PerformanceLinx now brings together people with the same sort of hands-on experience. Clients work with people who have actually carried responsibility for performance and change.
