PerformanceLinx has been created by Pete Watson, a global business executive with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of functional leadership roles with a FTSE 100 company. Pete and his associates (team) have considerable capability and knowledge across the Procurement, Supply Chain, Capital Management, Continuous Improvement / operational Excellence and Business Transformation areas.
Pete is a qualified coach and mentor who is passionate about supporting business leaders to deliver real sustainable change. Most businesses have performance improvement plans but Pete has created a unique and structured business approach that understands how to get real traction and make those benefits sustainable for years to come.
